Samosa (East Asia)

Love it!!!
Hey Guys!!

This fried (yes I know sometimes its okay to have fried foods ^__^ ) delight is a great snack and an amazing side dish to any lunch or dinner! These samosa's are homemade, we bought the spring roll pastry and stuffed them with ground beef (recipe below). You can stuff these samosa`s with anything basically, its up to you, however they most popular stuffings are mixed vegetables and ground beef or chicken! We've decided not to go with the flow, as most samosas or known to be with veggies, so instead we used meat! See below for the steps! Goodluck!

What you`ll need-

1 package Spring Roll Pastry
1 package ground beef
2-3 jalepenos
coriander  ------
salt                   |
pepper              |  There is no specific amount for each spice, its all to taste, the amount of each on

all spice            | preference
1 onion             |
lemon      _____|
Flour
Water

Steps:
1. For the meat, in a small pot, chop the onion into fine pieces and sauté until light brown, add meat
2. When meat is 3/4 cooked add the spices and let cook until a the meat is a dark brownish color
3. Let the meat cool
4. Grab a bowl and mix flour and water until the mixture is a little chunky and thick
5. When the meat has cooled, take your package of Spring Roll Pastry and cut the sheets in half
6. Then cut off the edges of each half so that they look like a trapezoid shape
7. To begin making each samosa shape, you will need a paste of flour and water, and thefolding process of each samosa triangle is in the video below

8. After folding each samosa, heat up a deep fryer with vegetable oil, and fry the samosas until lightly browned
9. Eat along side a dip, ILOVE to eat samosas with a spicy dip to give it an extra kick, so ENJOYYYYYYY!!!
